What sectors do you specialise in?
We specialise in supplying skilled workers to the construction, energy and oil & gas industries . Our team has an excellent understanding of the specifics and requirements of these sectors, which enables us to effectively support clients in the delivery of their projects. We offer specialists who are suitably qualified and experienced in working on major construction sites, on energy projects, as well as in the demanding environments of the oil & gas industry. Our knowledge of these industries and our flexible approach to our clients’ staffing needs make us a reliable partner in human resources management.
In what forms do you work with clients?
We offer two forms of cooperation: outsourcing and placement.
- Outsourcing – In this form, it is our company that hires and manages the employees who work for the client. The client does not have to deal with recruitment, administration or HR formalities because we take care of everything. This is a convenient solution for companies that need quick HR support without additional responsibilities.
- Placement – In this form, we help the client find suitable candidates who are then employed directly by their company. Our task is to recruit and select in order to provide the best employees for permanent cooperation.
Each of these forms of cooperation offers different benefits – outsourcing provides full HR support from us, while placement enables the client to manage the hired employees themselves.
Do you offer staff for short, seasonal projects?
Yes, we offer staff for short and seasonal projects. We fully understand that certain industries have an increased need for staff at certain times of the year or for the duration of a specific project. Through a flexible co-operation model, we can provide qualified staff for a specific period of time, adapting to the seasonal needs of our clients.
